never am i going to brood
over the past or future
deeds done or undone
as it may be the only hour
what lies in our destiny
a fate of a papuer
it is what it did make
for the divine has given the power
to change and shape at will
choosing rest or work at will
the roads we tread are the measuring rod
suming up our achievments and rewards
wherefore you rest and do no toil
when lord the mighty made the day
to look for food the stomach you fill
as a bird and animals do so a man
wretched are you who on bed remains
sun rise to sunset goes the toil
moon lit night a resting time
tranquility prevails and rests sublime
making healthy our bones and weakened will
charging the soul to rise in morning and toil still.
