You were the blood in my veins,
You are the hurricane after my rain,
You were the power to my lava,
But now you are the only pain,

You are not even the sugar to my java,
You were once the effervescent to my soda,
Now you are the ugly truth that I hide,
You were the hope against my umbra,

You were someone whom I could confide-,
Any clandestine, now you are the ail in me that I hide,
And all the ecstatic moments that we shared are bathed down in drain,
For you were a love not worthy for which I cried, for which I lied.
