Autumn Winds - Paper Cuts

Hurt worst of all
They linger and bleed
They hurt when you touch
When you smile
They're still there
Almost invisible,
Those tiny little paper cuts
Like razors they sting
With every move
On your hands when you talk
And laugh
And hug
And play
Almost invisible
But you can still feel them
Paper cuts
Hurt worst of all
Why?
Because no one can see them
But you can feel them
Because no one knows they're there
But you do
Because it hurts more
With every little thing you do
