Whenever Australia records a local case of COVID-19 a lot of scrutiny is placed on that person who tests positive and where they've been while they're infectious. Dr Clare Southerton, from the Centre for Social Research in Health at UNSW, says this could make people less likely to sign in at venues and comply with public health measures.
