Authorities shift to retrieval operations in Bohol

MANILA, Philippines – The death toll in the killer earthquake in Visayas is now pegged at 183, though that figure could rise further with over a dozen people still missing in the quake-ravaged Bohol. At around 4:40 Sunday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology recorded another strong aftershock in Bohol.
