Authentic Gobi Paneer

Description
1large cauliflower
100 gm paneer
3 big onions chopped
4 tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2-3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
2 green chillies chopped
Few curry leaves
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp chole masala powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Few coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat the oil.
Add mustard seeds, chopped onions, chopped green chillies and curry leaves and fry.
Add chopped tomatoes, green peas, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chole masala and fry.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add boiled cauliflower and paneer and mix well.
Add lemon juice and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
