Australian Blue-banded bees

Originally seen on Viddler: http://viddler.com/explore/djsteen/videos/917 --- Every year these bees arrive and sleep on the dead bushes (it's an art thing) on our porch. They buzz around in the afternoon, settle on a twig, and fall asleep. I have a feeling they could also be doing some mating somewhere in there.
