Australia's conservation spending called into question

The Government has officially added 12 more endemic species to its list of animals or reptiles which have become extinct since European colonisation. Professor John Woinarski, who's a conservation biologist at Charles Darwin University and the deputy director of the Commonwealth's Threatened Species Recovery Hub, says we shouldn't be complacent and need to do more to protect threatened species.
