250 Grams of minced meat
Half a red onion
2 Weet-Bix
1/4 Cup parsley leaves
1 Tablespoon of tomato sauce
1-2 Tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
1 Egg
12 Grinds of pepper
1-3 Pinches of salt
Cheese
