How many heartaches did I have to go through
Before I realized I belong with you
You help me through all the storms of pain
You also cheered me up when my tears fell like rain
Everyone told me I must confess
But I let my heart talk and do the rest
I avoided you and didn’t know what to say
Until you ended up kissing me that day
Now I know why I'm so impressed
The avoidance was just a simple test
The older we got you never did see
Why I love you so dearly
Till this day I know it’s still true
I could love no other except for you
Whenever I fell you held me in your arms
You’d comfort me by simply asking what's wrong
now it time for you to see
If I could change our love I’d just let it be
No matter what I wouldn’t change how I feel
not even if I was broke and couldn’t pay my bills
it’s in my heart at the very core
you’re the one I love and I never been more sure
I feel no one can tare us apart
Our loves everlasting and it comes from the heart
I went through many heartaches just to see
That I truly belong with thee
We fought through the tears that came down like rain
We helped each other through the storms of pain
