Audrey Heller - Anxiety

Denial, will only increase your anxiety,
while honesty, could bring peace of
mind! This to me, is the best policy,
one can find. It pays to be honest, as
the more you're in denial, the worse
off, you're going to be. You get in
deeper and deeper and you don't
want to lose, your sanity! Dealing
with anxiety, is not pleasant and
could cause, a lot of distress. If you
don't bring it into the open, it then
becomes, a great big mess! To have
peace of mind, is truly a blessing! It's,
what all of us need, to pave the way.
So, when you're honest and have
nothing to hide, you'll be able to keep,
your anxiety, at bay!
