The Audi A6 can be an executive car produced by the German automaker Audi, now to use fifth generation. As the successor on the Audi 100, the A6 is produced in Neckarsulm, Germany – and it is available in sedan and wagon configurations, rogues marketed by Audi since the Avant. Audi's internal numbering treats the A6 as being a continuation from the Audi 100 lineage, using the initial A6 designated like a member in the C4-series, and then the C5, C6,C7 plus the C8. The related Audi A7 is actually a sportback (fastback) version from the C7-series and C8 - series A6, but is marketed under a unique separate identity and model designation. All generations with the A6 have offered either front-wheel drive or Torsen-based four-wheel drive – marketed by Audi as his or her quattro system. Second- and third- generation A6 designs have shared their platform together with the company's Allroad models. Both petrol and diesel versions on the A6 are given. A wide range of engines make power units which has a capacity of 150 to 333 horsepower. These are inline 4-cylinder 16-valve turbocharged engines plus much more powerful 3-litre units within a V6 configuration using a mechanical compressor.
