What would happen if Germans suddenly had no electricity, no telephone, no Internet access? Terrorist attacks on energy infrastructure are a growing threat; according to a recent study commissioned by parliament, Germany is not necessarily equipped to deal with the consequences. German Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich plans to change that.
