Atomun - Drone for the common good, not war

Welcome to Atomun - TeleSUR's program on science and technology in Latin America, focusing on the human side of science and technology at the service of progress. In today's program, hosted by Danny Perez : 1) a drone built to advance the common good instead of to wage war, a ambulance drone created to provide a much quicker response times for hospital emergencies. The prototype could be in use within five years; 2) in the Technological Archive section: the history of traffic lights; the Redbird app to help locate a stolen or lost cell phone or the person in possession of the phone; and Surveillance Self-Defense, a web page for Internet security that offers cybernetic tips for the less computer savvy among us. teleSUR
