Like water,
Eileen
Does not like
The pain
Of altitude,
Or being suspended in the air.
She chooses
To fall down;
Water is always falling down
Toward the land and deeper,
Back to where it grew up and
Back to the roots.
The air is for breathing
Not for feigning.

I came from the desert;
Water is good
Only for the sweat.
I need water,
Because
Without it
I am a dry land.
