Assembly passes Maya's UP division bill
Description
UP chief minister Mayawati has her way in the UP assembly; state assembly has passed the resolution to split the state into four smaller states by a voice vote. The two day session was adjourned sine die after the house passed the resolution. The ball on the division of state now goes to the centre's court.
