Ashmit on Essar Steel case update

The Committee of Creditors (CoC) backed by Arcelor raise concerns before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). Their concern essentially was that as oppose to the direction of the NCLAT that only 1 representative for the operational creditors will be heard – that complaint was that individual application by individual operational creditors is also being heard.
