The weight and depth your eyes can hold
Reveals a feeling I've never been told

No more hiding, you see it all
I stand before you completely raw
Time passes on without a care
But I, the fixation of your perpetual stare
Will always know, will always see
Love looking at you, love looking at me

Never you said so much, saying nothing at all
Exposed and silent, I cannot withdaw
My eyes away from this exchange of soul
You're all I need to make me feel whole

The sensation of peace that pours from your glance
Puts my worries at ease, my mind in a trance
Incredibly simple, soft, and somber
If I could only keep my eyes open a little bit longer

Entraced in our stare, for a moment I cry
A single tear falls from my eyes
I close them shut and whisper in his ear,
Something so simple: 'I love you, my dear.'
In that moment I know I will always see
Love looking at you
Love looking at me.
