Riya wakes up on the distant planet Ash. The good news: she’s alive. The bad news: her space station crew has been viciously killed, like someone got bored of subtlety. So she does what everyone would do in a horror movie. She looks for answers. Only this time, the investigation quickly turns into an escalating mess of psychological and physical terror. Then Brion shows up, claiming rescue. Convenient. Suspicious. The kind of timing that makes you want to check the airlock twice. Riya and Brion aren’t just trying to survive the planet. They’re trying to survive each other, and trust is the hardest resource to find when the situation is actively trying to break you. Fun? In the meanest possible way.

Und während sie noch darüber nachgrübelt, was genau schiefgelaufen ist, taucht Brion auf. Rettung klingt anders, aber gut. Ab da wird aus dem „Was ist passiert?“ ein graues Ping-Pong-Spiel aus Angst und Kontrolle. Jeder Blick könnte der letzte sein, jedes Geräusch eine Falle, und das größte Rätsel ist am Ende nicht der Planet, sondern die Frage, ob Riya und Brion sich überhaupt über den Weg trauen können. Am Ende bleibt vor allem eins: viel Stress, wenig Trost. Und ja, es ist ziemlich fies.
