How can a person
Feel so empty?
When they’re so full of life,
Why does that emptiness come?

Emptiness can destroy anything:
Happiness; sadness—even itself.

To those who feel nothing,
I feel your pain;
Your emptiness.

Emptiness has even destroyed
This poem:
Where’s the feeling?
Where’s the heart?

I guess there’s
Only one word; one feeling
To stay:

EMPTY.
