ASCAP Music Awards - ET interview

Pop music! Some of the genre's biggest names, from JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE to FERGIE and LIONEL RICHIE (who was there with daughter NICOLE), were honored tonight in Hollywood -- and ET's KEVIN FRAZIER was there to catch all the action!

The invitation-only 25th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards were held at the Kodak Theatre, honoring the songwriters and publishers of ASCAP's (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) most performed songs of 2007.

Richie, along with STEVE MILLER, received the Golden Note Award for their extraordinary career milestones, while Fergie and Justin received special recognition. "American Idol"-finalist-turned-pop sensation ELLIOTT YAMIN also was on hand and performed at the event.
