Frank speaks about his deep depression and post traumatic stress disorder that came about in later years as a consequence of a terrible incident in Viet-Nam. Frank has fought in Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq and numerous other places that he cannot speak of. He is also a survivor ot the 1983 bombing of the Marine barracks in Lebanon - He Fought in Desert Storm and has returned from Iraq in 2007 to finally live as a civilian. Lola calmly listens and does not say a word..for she does not want to ' set him off ' in to further depression or a drinking binge.
