AS/RS Order Picking – Pick-by-Light with DPS

Description
Picking of small-volume articles with WITRON’s DPS. The articles in the receiving area will be re-packed into totes and stored in the automated small parts warehouse (AS/RS). The totes will then be supplied to the pick front by means of stacker cranes and on demand. The picker will be guided by a pick-by-light system. Picking is done into totes or directly by pick-and-pack into a dispatch carton.
