Light,elegant and modest,Sep Ruf's 'Chancellor's bungalow' in Bonn was a masterpiece of post-war modernism,conceived as a symbol for a new Germany without delusions of grandeur. Now the newly restored 1962 building has been reopened. ARTS.21 visited the Chancellor's bungalow together with one of the former housekeepers.
