For anyone who is interested in using Artoonix, I thoroughly recommend that you download v1.7 and try it. You only keep access to tweening if you register the software but this isn't expensive and at the price, you get what is probably the most powerful and versatile piece of animation software that is currently available. You can use it for stick figures; animating traditional drawn cartoons; animating sequential stop-frame style images - in fact, virtually anything you care to imagine. It doesn't offer any form of 'bones' but that aside, it's darn near unbeatable. And don't forget - most of its functions can be used free of charge for as long as you wish.
