ARSHAJ GAIKWAD - where i stand...

In a wasted world of weed n stones,
I found a few pearls I can hold,
Threw them back once again,
So they could turn the place to gold.

Then I rested, n I was told,
Too much sorrow than they could hold,
I wished, I shouldn’t have let them go,
Alone, amongst the many shores.

And I miss them so much,
But I guess it’s all gone…

From where I stand,
I can’t see a helping hand,
To catch the ones who are sore,
Searching souls they can devour.
Seems like a strange land,
It’s too hard to understand,
I see no way to change the stars,
With no help at hand,
From where I stand…

And now I descend down,
To the place where I lost them all.
I fear to find them dead at heart,
And their hollow alive forms.

When I find them as I fear,
Worthless men, though they were dear,
I’ll tell the truth n apologize,
Now that their end’s so near.

Though I’ll miss them so much,
Oh! Was it all my fault…
