Arrogent builder scuffles with residents

Five residents reportedly sustained injuries in a scuffle that allegedly broke out at Ambience Lagoon Apartments, a premium condominium located on NH-8, on Monday between the flat owners, including a former Governor, and the developer's men when the latter tried to break open iron grilles near a parking lot to carve out a new entrance.
