Can you hear the bloodcurdling s-c-r-e-a-m
that is just calling your name?
You are in my voice
and in my head
and I don’t want to get rid of you-
But you haunt me.
You scare me.

Before anything happened,

you were my life, my R L
After the Big Bang,
I am ever l o n e l y.
I was so young then,
thoughts kept tearing through.
My brain was lost in You and Her.
You were everything to me,
you made me,
S. M. I. L. E.

You were gone when I woke up-
I cried.
You were gone when I woke up-
No goodbyes.
I look back and see
Love.Happiness.Trust.
I look ahead and see
Heartbreak.
I’ll remember you if you remember me.
Your flesh and body are gone
as I try to trick myself
into believing
you’re still with me.
And you are.

But how could you be so
s_ _e_ _l_ _f_ _i_ _s_ _h_ _?
How can I go on
living my life?
I have no such thing without
you.
I have no you,
I have nothing.
Only memories.
I go from first to
last
and always end up
with the worst.

Did you do this intentionally?
To bring me down
with you by your side
so yo’d have someone
with you?
