Watch alleged adulterer and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger commit three apparent traffic violations in about ten seconds...and ALMOST CAUSE A COLLISION WITH A CITIZEN!

Last time we checked with the California DMV manual...three infractions like that constitute RECKLESS DRIVING.
