Army makes lethality and readiness top priorities
Description
After a visit to Alaska last week, US Army Secretary Daniel Driscoll talked to Business Insider about his top priorities. The most important is lethality, a subjective measuring stick evaluating defense activities and programs. He said that if it's not about lethality, "we're getting rid of it." That could mean changes to training, force structure, and even legacy systems vulnerable in a future fight.
