Arienne Smith - Rejection

One rejection after another and we seem to still move forward
Each blow to our face and we still seem to move toward the water
Every letdown and we tally up those who hurt us
Each word said behind our backs and we move on up
Why life works this way I don't understand
maybe I was never meant to
I try to figure out our existence by daily situations
but I have no answer really
No one does or ever will

Each day handled by our reaction to our condition
Every second handled by our mentality
Why i'm this deep i have no idea for real
but one rejection after another I move forward
and I move toward the water
Slowly and peacefully, but I move toward the water
I place myself in
and thats THE END
