He walks up gradually but complete.
He knows what is in your heart.
He knows that you love another.
He sees the pain in your eyes science the other left.

But..
He doesn’t stop.
He doesn’t push.
He doesn’t force.
He doesn’t crowd.
He doesn’t give up on you.

He just picks up the crushed pieces of your heart.
He hands them back to you.
He hugs you so close that his heat warms your life less core.
Every thing inside tells you that it is alright.
Your body longs to be near him but your mid says no.
Your mind doubts that it is genuine.

You ask yourself if you can give what is left of your heart to this man.
This man you once knew as a boy.
The boy that was your closets friend your savior in times.
This man that some how thru it all still loves you.
Even when you were cold unfeeling and malicious.
As you begin to answer the question he starts to act.

He looks into your eyes with all the love in the world.
Longing burns under his touch.
He pulls you in closer and holds you tighter never looking away from your eyes.
Leaning down he kisses you with all the passion that is possible.
Every unsaid wish I poured out as he pulls you in tighter.

Your hands react and pull him in.
Still is it right?
He will never hurt your broken heart.
