Argentine Workers Demand Sea Access for Bolivia

President Evo Morales expressed his gratitude to thousands of workers who rallied in Buenos Aires on Thursday to express support for Bolivia’s claims to sea access, which it had lost in a war with neighboring Chile in a 19th century war. Bolivia’s case is currently being heard at the International Court of Justice at The Hague.
