Argentina: Wages decline

According to the report of the national institute of statistics and census of Argentina on the development of salaries in relation to the month of January 2025, it shows the fall of the purchasing power after the economic policies of Javier Milei. The report notes that public and private workers in general have seen their purchasing power decline by 5.5 percent since the inauguration of the Milei government and points out that wages have fallen for the second consecutive month.
