Description
Ares Management agreed to acquire Whitestone REIT for ~$1.7B at $19/share — a 12% premium to Wednesday's close and 26% above the pre-rumor price. The deal is expected to close in Q3 as Ares, which manages nearly $623B in AUM, expands its real estate portfolio.
