Are You In a Toxic Relationship?

It can be hard to tell at first when you don’t have enough distance but if something feels off, you’re not happy or you don’t feel safe, ask yourself, are you in a toxic relationship?
Criticism is good sometimes, but does he often pick on you? If you’re starting to think you’re not good enough, run away.
No one, not even the guy you love should make you feel that way. Your partner is here to lift you up, not to take away your self-esteem.
You feel that you’re giving too much. Yep, you’re doing all the work, giving all the attentions but you’re not receiving as much.
You shouldn’t make all the efforts. A relationship can only work if the two of you are working for it.

You don’t stand up for what you want. You agree on what your partner wants to do even though it doesn’t feel right for you.
You should be able to talk about your needs and wishes at all time, if you’re not feeling like you can openly speak, the relationship isn’t right for you.
It can be really hard to walk away from relationship of this types, especially when you’re in love but you never should settle for something that isn’t good for you.
