The Celtics and Heat have both faced major injuries in this eastern conference finals, Boston losing Marcus Smart twice to foot and ankle ailments, Al Horford in Game 1 to COVID protocol and Robert Williams III to his lingering knee swelling and pain. The Heat saw Kyle Lowry and JImmy Butler both play at their worst in Game 4, both having managed hamstring and knee injuries, while Tyler Herro sat out the loss with a groin injury. Will this series be decided by who is the healthier team, or the depth on both sides that's driven the Celtics and Heat to this point? Bobby Manning and Josue Pavon debated who is the deeper team if injuries arise on both sides.
