Do you remember the days we spent,
As best friends?
Having fun in no other way,
And dancing to the blues,
On the mid summer afternoons

Do you remember the days we played,
As glaring champs?
We were neck and neck,
But you still smiled in all its spirit,
And you simply let me win.

Do you remember the days we were hand to hand,
As own brothers?
For a hand to each other when one is behind,
And we were best buddies for in one,
With a bond of friendship that lasts ever.
