Arab-South American Countries Summit Underway

The 4th Summit of Arab-South American Countries began Tuesday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The meeting will discuss ties between the two regions and world oil prices. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his Ecuadoran counterpart Rafael Correa are both participating in the meeting in an effort to stake out common positions between the two regions in global forums. teleSUR
