The Aqua Fresh WF289 is a compatible replacement for the Samsung DA2900003 and Samsung DA29-00003B. The WF289 is designed to meet or exceed the OEM filter that it replaces. Each Aqua Fresh water filter is 100% pressure tested in the OEM receiver that the filter is designed to fit. The WF289 filters should be replaced approximately every 6 months or 420 gallons based on water quality and usage. The AquaFresh WF-289 water filter should be flushed for a few minutes before using to remove any loose carbon fines coming through in the water.
