The Aqua Fresh WF284 is a compatible replacement for the Frigidaire WFCB and the Frigidaire WF1CB. The WF284 is designed to meet or exceed the OEM filter that it replaces. Each Aqua Fresh water filter is 100% pressure tested in the OEM receiver that the filter is designed to fit. The AquaFresh WF284 should be replaced every 3 to 6 months depending on your water quality and usage. The AquaFresh WF-284 should be flushed for a couple minutes before using to remove any loose carbon fines that may be coming through in the water.
