April Janvier - Broken Tears

I sat awake at night
Tears burning my face as they fall
The screaming echos of cries
Left alone in this cold dark room
My heart lies broken on the floor
I try to mend my heart myself
But theres no way, It just keeps falling apart
Theres no one around to help fix this broken heart
I'm fading away, fading to nothing
I wonder if anyone out there really cares
These memories aare so clear to me, picture perfect
Memories of only being happy behind fake smiles
Memories of family and friends only to fall apart
Memories of people using me and stabbing me in the back
I'm slowly dying in this cold dark room
No one can hear my screams or cries
Is there anyone out there who can mend my heart
Is there anyone who can wipe away these tears that fall
Is there anyone who can kiss me better, to tell me everything is ok
To hold me and kiss me better
Am I the only one who is alone in this cold dark night
These tears in my eyes continue to fall, burning deeper
I want to finally be happy and not hide my tears of fear
I can never be happy with real laughter and smiles
I tryed to be perfect, nothing is worth it
I don't belive it makes me real
I thought it would be easy, but no one believs me
This place is so empty, no one can hear me
