Apple Watch Preorders Start October 8

Apple Watch Series 7 ($AAPL@US) preorders start Friday, October 8, and the new smartwatch lands in stores Friday, October 15. The Apple Watch Series 7 starts at $399 and features a larger display with thinner bezels, a faster-charging battery, and a more crack-resistant front crystal. There are also new colors for the aluminum case, including blue, green, midnight (which is black), starlight (a gold-silver blend), and Product Red. New features include a QWERTY keyboard and a brighter always-on mode. People who buy the Apple Watch at the Apple Store or online at apple.com get $100 back when they activate the watch with T-Mobile/Sprint ($TMUS@US) or Verizon ($VZ@US).
