Apple Quietly Closes A Data Loophole
1 Views • Jun 14, 2018
Description
Apple is one of, if not the biggest tech companies on the planet,
so the company quietly updated its App Store rules.
This would limit how developers user iPhone users’ data,
but also how they use the data of those iPhone users’ friends.
Digit Trends reports that Apple is basically closing a loophole that has existed for years.
The loophole allows developers to build apps that ask for access to the phone’s contacts.
