Apple & Brie Cheese Toast

For this week's video, we have made a snack or appetizer that is crunchy, melty, cheesy, buttery, and sweet!

Most of our recipes are usually drawn from leftover ingredients. In this we have taken apples that were extra from an apple pie and brie that was used for turkey turnovers!

You would love the flavor combination of fruit and cheese. Feel free to choose your own cheese, or to change up the herb butter to your liking. You can even use this recipe for a grilled cheese sandwich!
