Why have I been deserted? when others herd together
Why do I have to stand naked under scorching sun? alone?
Why have I faced the coldest storm that needle my skin to blue?
Why does a deluge leave me drenched and storm put me off my feet
Why tears from my eyes get dry all by itself....
Why my hands assure me when I want consolation
Why my feet hold me to ground and never let me fall
Why my will still tie me to mother earth
My soul is one with its people..with you...

Wondering why have you not kept your promise ever
Wondering why have you not stood like a rock
Why have you not opened your arms to welcome any pain that headed my way
and why still never logged horns with trouble that came..
Why have you not took me with from barren land to Elysium
Why have not enveloped me in your arms when winds were mighty and cold?
Why your shoulders were never there when i wanted to cry
Why tears fall? why have I cried?

but tears get dry all by itself....
and my hands assure me
feet hold me to ground and never let me fall
And I am still tied to mother earth
because my soul is one with its people....
My soul is one with...you
