ప్ర‌ముఖ ఆధ్మాత్యిక కేంద్రం పుట్ట‌ప‌ర్తి నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం 2009 లో ఏర్పాటైంది. ర‌ద్ద‌యిన గోరంట్ల స్థానంలోని ఆరు మండ‌లాల‌తో పుట్ట‌ప‌ర్తి నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం ఏర్ప‌డింది. బుక్క‌ప‌ట్నం, కొత్త‌చెరువు, పుట్ట‌ప‌ర్తి, న‌ల్ల‌మ‌డ‌, ఓడిచెరువు, ఆమ‌డుగూరు మండాల‌తో ఈ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం ఏర్ప‌డింది. జిల్లాలో గ‌తంలో ఉన్న గోరంట్ల‌..న‌ల్ల‌మ‌డ నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గాలు 2009 లో రద్దు అయ్యాయి. గోరంట్ల నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం నుండి రెండు సార్లు గెలిచిన నిమ్మ‌ల కిష్ట‌ప్ప గ‌తంలో మంత్రిగా ప‌ని చేసారు. ఇప్పుడు ఎంపీ గా కొన‌సాగుతున్నారు. ఇక‌, న‌ల్ల‌మ‌డ నుండి కె రామ‌చంద్రారెడ్డి ఆరు సార్లు గెలిచారు. ఒక సారి లోక్‌స‌భ కు ఎన్నికయ్యారు. రెండు సార్లు గెలిచిన ఆగిశం వీర‌ప్ప చెన్నారెడ్డి, అంజ‌య్య‌, భ‌వ‌నం, కోట్ల క్యాబినెట్ లో ప‌ని చేసారు. ఇక‌, 2009 నుండి పుట్ట‌ప‌ర్తి నియోజ‌క‌వ‌ర్గం ఏర్ప‌డిన త‌రువాత సమీక‌ర‌ణాల్లో మార్పు వ‌చ్చింది.
