AOTR URGENT ALERT: Justice for Arnoldo — Assaulted and Robbed by ICE
We call for immediate accountability for Arnoldo Bazán, a 16-year-old U.S. citizen assaulted by federal agents in Houston. During a violent "Borderpatrolification" raid on his father, masked agents tackled Arnoldo, placed him in a head hold, and stole his iPhone.

In a chilling act of state-sanctioned theft, the phone was later tracked to a tech-for-cash kiosk in a Walmart parking lot, where it had been traded in for money after being confiscated. While Arnoldo was in a children’s trauma unit being treated for injuries, agents were allegedly profiting from his stolen property.

We demand a criminal investigation into the agents who assaulted a minor and sold his belongings. This is not enforcement; it is predatory corruption.
