Anwar vs prosecutors: Submissions next week

The High Court's Special Powers and Appellate division has fixed next Tuesday to continue hearing submissions from all parties in Anwar Ibrahim's leave application to disqualify his sodomy trial prosecutors.

Judge Alizatul Khair Osman Khairuddin fixed the date after hearing preliminary submissions in her chambers from Anwar's counsel Sivarasa Rasiah.

Anwar is applying to disqualify the entire prosecution team on the basis that they have shown bias and prejudice against him.
