Anwar: Let Dr M explain himself

PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim on Monday said Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad should be given a chance to explain himself in the latter’s call for all Malay parties to unite under Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu).

Meanwhile, Amanah president Mohamad Sabu came to Dr Mahathir’s defence, saying the invitation by Dr Mahathir was needed to strengthen Bersatu’s position as a political party.
